1996 : More Color, More Volume

Ever increasing customer demands and more sophisticated work leads to the addition of a 6-Color 40" Heidelberg Perfector. In 1997, mailing capabilities are expanded through the purchase of U.S. Mailing Systems of Essex Junction, Vermont. USMS is an established mailing company with a proven record of excellence and offers capacity to successfully manage high volume direct marketing campaigns. In 1998, the growth of the business necessitated the purchase of another building. A second building is purchased, a 34,000 sq. ft. facility in Milton, Vermont. In the year of the millennium both Villanti & Sons and U.S. Mailing Systems consolidate manufacturing and administrative operations in the Milton, facility. The facility in Williston is converted into a warehouse and base of operations for large fulfillment projects. Our newest major market is taking hold and a sales office is established in New York City.
