During the file preparation process, we have a proven pre-flight checklist to ensure all files meet standards that will allow them to run well on press. We offer several types of proofs (that your customer service rep can give you details on). CTP (Computer-to-Plate) equipment that creates much greater efficiency in the plate making process. In days of old, there was an intermediary step that involved the process of creating films from the design files, that were then used to burn the design image into the metal plate. Today with CTP, we cut out the need for film -- saving both time and money while increasing quality and reliability.
